Job summary

Serve Legal are recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues on behalf of a leading media research client.

This is a part-time, flexible role where visits are anonymous and observations are reported via an online system. You will visit venues in your designated area, with guidance and support from Area Managers throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues within the same area.
