Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK.

As part of our PubTV team you will visit venues within a designated area, make observations and report back using our online system. Visits are anonymous and observational only, with no staff interaction required. Flexible, part-time work that fits around other commitments, with pay per completed visit and expenses covered where applicable.

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Smartphone with internet access.
Comfortable working independently.
Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
Completing visits during an allocated time window.
Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
Recording findings through our online reporting system.
Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area; you may visit many venues in the time window.
