Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking an experienced SEND Tutor with QTS to support students with ASD and SEMH in Bromley. The role is part-time, 10-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, delivered flexibly and at a rate of £30 per hour, with a two-to-one support arrangement and work primarily in SEN settings.

The tutor will differentiate the bespoke curriculum, work with a support worker/LSA, and provide planning and feedback to parents and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering differentiated lessons for SEND students.
• Strong SEN skills and ability to adapt to daily needs.
• Ability to work with a support worker/LSA and plan for parents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a differentiated curriculum in core subjects.
• Build emotional safety and attunement to the learner's pace.
• Use positive methods to support engagement and learning.
• Support independent living skills and literacy.
• Accompany the learner to safe, familiar places when needed.
