Job summary

Aramark UK is recruiting a Restaurant Team Member for Colonnade Restaurant, Bristol Beacon. This part-time role offers 5 hours per week with shifts Mon–Sun and a pay rate of £13.00 per hour.

You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, deliver high standards of food and beverage service, and support the team during busy service. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, strong customer service, and a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's hospitality experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable manner.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assisting with restaurant set-up and clear-down.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout front-of-house areas.
• Supporting the wider team during busy service periods.
• Handling customer queries and requests in a positive and professional manner.
• Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Helping to create a memorable dining experience for every guest.
