Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. This is a part‑time, flexible role designed to fit around other work or commitments. You will visit venues within a designated area, make a small number of observations, and report back online.

No testing or interaction with staff is required, and training is provided. All visits are anonymous, with support from Area Managers, and opportunities to progress into our

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Complete visits during an allocated time window.
• Make simple observations based on project requirements.
