Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK.

As part of our PubTV team, you will visit venues within a designated area, make a small number of observations, and report back using our simple online system.

This is a part-time, flexible role that fits around other commitments. Auditors are paid per completed visit, with reasonable travel expenses covered in addition to audit fees.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access is required.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Complete visits during an allocated time window.
• Make simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Record findings through our online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area; visit as many as possible within the window.
