Parsonage Grill, part of The Oxford Collection, is seeking a flexible part-time Busser to join the waiting team in Oxford. The role focuses on delivering a memorable guest experience and supporting a small, cohesive team in a five-star hotel dining environment.

Responsibilities

• To prepare the restaurant for service, following the jobs list and as directed by the duty manager.
• Ensure that the restaurant is fully stocked with clean, polished cutlery at all times.
• Ensure ready supplies of napkins are stored in the restaurant before, and during service.
• Ensure tables are cleared and re-laid to a high standard, as quickly as possible.
• Ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained by following cleaning routines and through ongoing diligence during the shift.
