Job summary

GrandirUK is seeking flexible nursery staff to join GrandFlex, our dedicated bank team across a cluster of nearby nurseries. Earn up to £14.45 per hour with no fixed weekly rota, choosing days to fit your lifestyle.

You’ll travel between local nurseries, deliver high-quality care, support development through play, and help maintain safe, nurturing environments. DBS check is required and we’re proud to be an equal opportunities employer.

Qualifications

• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and GrandirUK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
