Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator for our new Leamington Spa nursery. You will plan and deliver activities that support development, create a safe, inclusive environment, and build strong relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
