Job summary

Remedy Education is recruiting qualified Nursery Practitioners and Early Years professionals to support an Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery in Stratford, East London.

We welcome enthusiastic, reliable individuals who enjoy working with young children and want to make a positive difference during early development.

The role is bank staff offering flexible hours, including full-time, part-time or ad-hoc bookings, with accessible transport links.

Qualifications

• Candidates hold a relevant childcare or Early Years qualification.
• Experience with children aged 0-5.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0-5 in a welcoming and engaging nursery environment.
• Deliver age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS.
• Observe and assist with assessments and developmental records.
• Support children with additional needs where appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment.
• Assist with feeding, toileting and personal care as required.
• Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure consistency.
