Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking qualified Nursery Practitioners to cover shifts at an Ofsted-outstanding nursery in Stratford, East London. The role is a bank staff position with flexible hours, including full-time or part-time bookings and ongoing nursery support.

Ideal candidates hold Level 3 Childcare qualifications and have experience with children aged 0-5, with EYFS knowledge and DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one. Public transport links are excellent in Stratford.

Qualifications

• Qualifications must meet Department for Education requirements for nursery staffing ratios.
• Equivalent and overseas qualifications considered subject to verification.
• A suitable childcare or education qualification for nursery work.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0–5 years in a welcoming nursery environment.
• Deliver age-appropriate EYFS activities.
• Encourage independence, confidence and social development.
• Support learning through play, exploration and structured activities.
• Assist with observations, assessments and developmental records.
