N Family Club is seeking a Flexi Educator to cover nurseries on a flexible basis in and around Harborne, Birmingham. Join a vibrant team that values child-led, curriculum-based learning and safeguarding.

You will support the N Curriculum, engage with children through play, build trusting relationships with parents, and adapt to varied start and end times. Competitive hourly pay and attractive perks reflect our commitment to staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in educational settings (nursery-practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice or early years educator).
• Safeguarding training (desirable) and willingness to update training regularly.
• Genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• Positive, glass-half-full outlook.
• Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘make it happen’ attitude!
• A solutions-driven approach to problems.
• A love for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Cover our nurseries when we need you, being flexible on start and end times.
• Lead our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.
