N Family Club Cambridge is hiring Flexi Educators to join our 82-place nursery. You’ll cover nurseries with flexible start and end times, lead our learning through play approach, and support the N Curriculum while safeguarding children.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
• Relevant safeguarding training (desirable) and willingness to update that training regularly.
• Genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• Positive, glass-half-full outlook with drive and motivation to make it happen.
• Solutions-driven approach and love for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Cover our nurseries when we need you, being flexible on start and end times.
• Lead our learning through play ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.
