Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a private 80-place day nursery in Hull and seeks a Nursery Assistant to support children with daily routines, learning and development within the EYFS framework. The role offers full-time and part-time options in a welcoming setting.

The successful candidate will have a Level 2/3 childcare qualification (desirable) and prior nursery experience, with a focus on creating a safe, stimulating environment and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursery or early years environment
• Knowledge of EYFS framework
• Caring, enthusiastic attitude and good teamwork

Responsibilities

• Support children with daily routines, learning and development
• Contribute to a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment in line with EYFS
• Assist with implementing activities and liaising with parents and staff
