Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd. is seeking Nursery Agency Workers to support children across multiple nursery settings in Buckinghamshire. You will choose your days and hours each week, providing care and assisting with activities while ensuring safety.

No fixed location; you will be placed where needed, with DBS support available. Applicants with childcare qualifications may qualify for the higher rate and enhanced responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in nurseries or schools.
• DBS check provided or in process, background clear.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for children aged 0-5.
• Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
• Supervise and ensure safety at all times.
• Support with meals, personal care if required.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Work with nursery staff and follow policies.
• Build positive relationships with children, staff and parents.
