Empowering Learning is seeking enthusiastic Nursery Agency Workers to support children across multiple Cheltenham nurseries. The role is flexible, letting you choose days and hours that fit your schedule while delivering high-quality care and development activities.

Responsibilities include supervising children, assisting with meals and personal care, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with nursery staff. DBS checks and childcare qualifications may be required for the higher rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a nursery, school, or similar setting.
• Passion for working with young children and helping them thrive.
• Enhanced DBS check arranged or in place (support available).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for children aged 0-5 years.
• Assist with planning age-appropriate activities to promote development.
• Supervise and ensure safety of children at all times.
• Support meals, snacks, and personal care as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe and stimulating environment.
• Work with nursery staff and follow policies and procedures.
• Build positive relationships with children, staff and parents.
