Job summary

NurtureCare Limited is seeking compassionate care staff to support a young adult with complex health needs in the home environment. The role covers 36 hours per week with fully flexible night shifts, including waking nights.

You will work independently and as part of a team, receiving full training to deliver clinical care. You will perform chest management, moving and handling (hoist and slide sheets), personal care, and medication administration, while supporting eating and drinking.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Level 2/Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Chest management

• Assisting with morning and night routines including personal care, dressing and washing
