Serve Legal is recruiting for In-Person Mystery Shopper (ID testing) roles across the UK to assess experiences at supermarkets, retailers, and other outlets. Auditors perform a small purchase and report on whether ID was requested.

This part-time, flexible role lets you fit audits around studies or another job; pay is per audit and aligns with Real Living Wage rates, with travel considerations arranged by Area Managers.

Qualifications

• Ages 16+ considered for some audits, with age-verification audits requiring 18–19-year-olds.
• Part-time, flexible role designed to fit around other work or education.
• Audits conducted at a range of sites including supermarkets, high-street retailers and betting shops.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits at assigned sites, making a specific purchase and reporting on the experience.
• Provide feedback on whether ID was requested during age-restricted transactions.
• Coordinate with Area Managers for suitable, nearby batch audits and travel arrangements.
