Serve Legal is seeking in-person mystery shoppers to perform ID testing audits. Flexible, part-time hours let you balance work and study, with audits allocated in nearby batches across the UK.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ for general audits; 18–19 for age-verification audits.
• Flexible hours to fit around other commitments or education.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland for audits.
• Good communicator and able to report audit results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits at assigned sites and make a purchase when required.
• Report back on the customer experience and ID verification if applicable.
• Follow auditor process and keep information confidential.
