Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting in-person mystery shoppers to perform ID testing across the UK. You will visit a range of sites, make a specific purchase, and report on the experience, including whether ID was requested.

This part-time, flexible role fits around study or other work, with pay per audit aligned to Real Living Wage. Audits are allocated in nearby batches, with travel expenses covered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18–19 for age-verification audits
• Flexible part-time availability to fit around other work or education

Responsibilities

• Perform audits at supermarkets, high-street retailers and other sites, recording the customer experience
• Report back on whether ID was requested during age-restricted purchases
