Job summary

Serve Legal are recruiting in-person mystery shoppers to perform ID-testing audits across supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more. Audits involve making a purchase and reporting on whether ID was requested.

This part-time, flexible role is paid per audit and aligns with Real Living Wage rates. Audits are allocated in nearby batches, with no obligation to work regularly; travel between sites is coordinated by Area Managers.
