Qualificações

• A recognised qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Current industry experience in mechanical engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teaching experience is desirable; support may be available for transition from industry.
• Ability to deliver theory and practical sessions in workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across mechanical engineering programmes, including theory and practical sessions.
• Develop lesson plans, learning materials and practical activities.
• Assess student work and provide feedback.
• Maintain safe workshop and classroom environments in line with health and safety regulations.
• Support learners to achieve qualifications and progression opportunities.
