Locum Ready is seeking a GMC-registered General Practitioner to work with a GP practice in Kings Lynn. This flexible session-based role is well-suited to GPs who value a structured daily workflow and supportive primary care environment.

You will manage a varied caseload, deliver high-quality patient assessments, provide continuity where required, and collaborate with colleagues who offer strong administrative support and established clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered GP with valid indemnity.
• Active inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
• Recent UK primary care experience.
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
• Familiar with EMIS, SystmOne or similar systems.
• Enhanced DBS certificate.

Responsibilities

• Running routine GP clinics and managing acute presentations.
• Providing telephone consultations and triage as part of daily workflow.
• Reviewing investigations, results and medication queries.
• Prescribing safely and documenting consultations clearly.
• Supporting the practice with clinical actions and follow-up tasks.
