You will manage routine and acute presentations, conduct telephone and face-to-face consultations, and support day-to-day clinical operations within primary care settings. This locum role offers flexibility across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• GMC registered and on NHS Performers List.
• Experience in primary care or community settings.
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver independent GP-led clinics within primary care settings.
• Manage acute, chronic and undifferentiated presentations.
• Conduct telephone triage and same-day access appointments.
• Prescribe safely within clinical guidelines.
• Handle clinical actions: results, referrals and medication reviews.
• Maintain accurate digital clinical records.
