Job summary

Academics is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support multiple primary schools across Doncaster on a flexible, ongoing supply basis. In this role you will assist class teachers, deliver targeted interventions and help pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

The position offers varied days and schools, with potential long-term opportunities. You should have a Level 3 TA qualification (CACHE or NVQ) and good communication and teamwork skills, plus an Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE or NVQ) essential.
• Experience in primary settings preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Deliver targeted intervention sessions.
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Follow safeguarding procedures at all times.
