Long-term Teachers is seeking qualified Nursery Assistants to support Bristol nurseries on a flexible, ad-hoc basis. Roles cover sickness and pre-planned courses for children aged 2 to 4.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification required.
• Must be enthusiastic, creative and flexible to cover sickness and planned courses.
• Experience with children aged 2–4 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with the EY team.
• Deliver pre-planned activities to support development, indoors and outdoors.
• Adapt activities to individual children's needs.
• Support vulnerable families and liaise with staff and parents.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare of children at all times.
