Job summary

Sword is a leading provider of business technology solutions across energy, public and finance sectors. We are expanding our team with experienced Infrastructure Engineers to work on challenging projects using a broad stack across data and cloud environments.

You will design and deploy modern infrastructure, contribute to documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while following governance standards and security benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying infrastructure solutions across data and cloud
• Proven ability to contribute to high quality design documentation
• Experience in regulated environments (finance, energy, public sector) is preferred
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy modern infrastructure solutions across data and cloud
• Collaborate in project teams with clear ownership of technical deliverables
• Create and maintain high quality design documents (HLD/LLD/AS-BUILT/operational manuals)
• Demonstrate security governance awareness (Azure Well Architected, NCSC Cyber Essentials, CIS benchmarks)
• Participate in resulting multidisciplinary projects with cross-functional teams
