Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is advertising a flexible bank position for a Housekeeper/Catering Assistant in the Gloucester locality. The role covers Estates & Facilities across sites, with zero hours to cover leave and sickness, and a rate of £12.92 per hour.

You will contribute to cleaning, catering and linen services, supporting patient wellbeing and ensuring high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of cleaning and/or catering duties.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of COSHH is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of the Estates & Facilities Team in all areas of the site.
• Maintains a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Prepares and presents patient meals and beverages in inpatient areas.
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Cleaning or Catering Qualification.
