Choice Care Group is seeking a Social Care Worker in Guildford on a 15-hour rota-based contract with weekend shifts. The role includes personal care, medication administration, and helping residents with daily activities within a supportive team.

Training is provided free in-house, with a clear career path from day one, and a range of benefits to support staff wellbeing and development across residential services.

Qualifications

• Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training, as required
