Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join GrandFlex at Brighton. You will support children’s learning, play, and wellbeing across nurseries in our cluster, while upholding safeguarding and EYFS standards.

Flexible hours across 16 to 40 per week and a pay rate up to £14.45 per hour are offered, with benefits designed to reward your contribution and wellbeing. A DBS check is required, and equality and diversity are championed within our inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Understanding of EYFS standards and safeguarding.
• Experience in childcare or early years settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive role model and uphold Grandir UK’s values.
• Support children’s learning, play, and wellbeing throughout the day.
• Help create a welcoming, engaging environment for every child and family.
• Collaborate with Level 3 qualified practitioners to plan and deliver activities.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure practice meets EYFS standards and contributes to a culture of care.
