Job summary

Caremark (Elmbridge) is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join our team and support people in their own homes on a part-time basis. Shifts include mornings and evenings with fixed hours and flexible working days, along with full training provided to new staff.

Applicants should have a caring disposition, be reliable and professional, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for travel between clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Care Assistant or Support Worker roles is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.

Are you looking for a rewarding Care Assistant or Support Worker with flexible working days? We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care and Support Assistants (Drivers) to join our growing team supporting people in their own homes.

This is a part-time care role with fixed shift hours and flexible working days, ideal for people looking for morning or evening care work.

Shift Times Available

• Morning Shift: 07:00 – 12:00
• Evening Shift: 16:00 – 21:00
• Flexible working days available

Care and Support Assistant Duties

As a Care and Support Assistant, you will support people in the community to live independently and safely in their own homes.

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting with medication where required
• Helping with meal preparation and nutrition
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting mobility and independence
• Maintaining care records and following support plans

Driver Requirement
