The Caring Physio is seeking a Community Physiotherapist to cover Romsey and surrounding towns in South Hampshire. You will deliver home-based physiotherapy to help patients regain independence after illness, surgery or frailty with compassionate, person-centred care.

You’ll build your own diary with a flexible caseload (from 3 hours up to 2 days per week) and work as part of a supportive team. A UK driving licence and HCPC registration are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience as a physiotherapist, including at least 2 years in the NHS.
• Experience in care of the elderly, frailty, neurology and orthopaedics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to problem-solve in a home setting.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Deliver physiotherapy in patients' homes to support independence.
• Manage your own diary and caseload, with flexible scheduling (3 hours to 2 days a week).
• Collaborate with Home Physio Coordinator and Clinical Lead as needed.
• Ensure safe, evidence-based treatment plans in diverse home environments.
• Promote patient and family engagement in rehabilitation goals.
