Job summary

The Caring Physio is seeking a Community Physiotherapist to cover Witney and West Oxfordshire. You will provide home-based physiotherapy, starting with a weekly care home session and expanding to 3 hours up to two days per week, driven by patient need.

You will work autonomously in the community, with a supportive team, CPD opportunities, and DBS provided. A driving licence and HCPC registration are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification physiotherapist experience, including at least 2 years in the NHS.
• Clinical background in care of the elderly, frailty, neurology and orthopaedics.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• HCPC registration and right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Deliver community physiotherapy in patients' homes across West Oxfordshire.
• Lead a weekly care home session in Witney and build a caseload from 3 hours to 2 days per week.
• Develop rehabilitation plans with patients and families and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with Home Physio Coordinator and Clinical Lead to ensure smooth service.
