Job summary

The Caring Physio is hiring a Community Physiotherapist to cover Coventry and surrounding areas, delivering in-home physiotherapy and building a personal caseload. You will work autonomously with support from a specialist team.

You will need a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience, including NHS exposure, and HCPC registration. The role offers flexible hours from 3 hours up to 2 days per week, with payroll employment and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification physiotherapist experience, including at least 2 years NHS.
• Experience in care of the elderly, frailty, neurology and orthopaedics is essential.
• Rotational grounding across NHS divisions is valued for independent community work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, patience and problem-solving in home settings.
• Current HCPC registration and right to work in the UK are required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community-based physiotherapy in patients' homes.
• Build your own diary and caseload around patient needs.
• Develop and adjust rehabilitation plans taking place in a home setting.
• Participate in CPD and maintain high standards of care for complex cases.
