Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd is seeking experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming schools in Chichester. Roles offer flexible day-to-day, short-term and longer-term placements to fit availability and experience.

HLTAs will support teachers, lead activities, and provide targeted support for pupils with additional learning needs. Right to work in the UK or valid visa is required. DBS checks and references are expected, with competitive daily rates paid.

Qualifications

• Experience as HLTA/TA/LSA or similar role with familiarity in supporting pupils
• Passionate about helping children and young people
• Confident leading learning activities and managing classrooms
• Reliable, adaptable and able to use initiative
• Patient, enthusiastic and committed to pupil development
• Available for flexible work across Chichester

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Lead whole-class, small-group and 1:1 activities.
• Provide targeted support to pupils with additional learning needs.
• Take responsibility for learning activities when required.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Help manage positive classroom behaviour and maintain a supportive environment.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Adapt confidently to different schools, year groups and pupil needs.
