Job summary

The Crossways Schools are inviting applications for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team from 04/01/2027. This part‑time role (28 hours 45 minutes per week) runs Monday to Friday, term time only with INSET days, and offers a competitive salary in line with T&L support roles.

We value experienced staff who can support learning in KS1 and KS2, demonstrate impact with pupils individually and in groups, and stay organised and calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Have Level 3 TA qualification.
• Experience supporting teaching and learning in Key Stage 1 and 2.
• Evidence of impact from working with children, individually and in groups.
• Be well organised, efficient, flexible, patient and calm with a consistent approach.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning in Key Stage 1 and 2.
• Work with pupils individually and in groups.
