Job summary

Academics is seeking Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) and ECTs to support partner schools in and around Keighley. You could join flexible supply rotas or secure longer-term roles across mainstream and SEN settings.

Ideal candidates will hold HLTA status, QTS or be an ECT, have primary school experience across EYFS KS1 KS2, and be confident leading learning and covering classes when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a primary school setting is required.
• Ability to support learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Confident in leading sessions and covering classes.
• Experience supporting children with SEN.
• Proven ability to build relationships with pupils and staff.
• Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic.
• Available from September onwards.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Lead learning and cover classes as required.
• Support children with additional needs/SEN.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Demonstrate reliability and adaptability in a flexible supply environment.
