Locum Ready seeks a Healthcare Assistant to support regional primary care clinics throughout Balmellie Road. The role combines routine clinical tasks, patient-facing procedures and general clinic support within organised GP environments.

You will contribute to safe, efficient patient care by carrying out observations, assisting with clinical tasks and supporting day-to-day running of the clinic. Flex shifts across weekdays, evenings and weekends are available.

Qualificações

• Experience as Healthcare Assistant in GP, community, or NHS settings.
• Confident in routine patient observations.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Able to adapt to new clinics and workflows.
• Phlebotomy experience is beneficial.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine clinical observations.
• Support treatment room tasks and basic procedures.
• Perform ECGs and routine health checks.
• Assist with phlebotomy where trained.
• Record information accurately in clinical systems.
• Provide general assistance to nursing and clinical teams.
• Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the clinic.
