Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support regional primary care clinics in Ferndale. The role involves routine clinical tasks, patient-facing procedures and general clinic support to help deliver safe, efficient care.

You will perform observations, assist with basic procedures, help with ECGs and health checks, support phlebotomy where trained, and contribute to smooth patient flow across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as Healthcare Assistant in GP, community or NHS settings.
• Confident with routine patient observations.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Phlebotomy experience beneficial.
• Enhanced DBS.

• Conducting routine clinical observations
