Job summary

MLA Recruitment is seeking Flexible/Freelance Residential Surveyors to join a network of independent firms. You will carry out Private Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, including valuations, for a variety of private clients.

AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS membership is preferred, with a minimum of 6 months PQE. Fee split up to 70% to the surveyor and potential additional benefits vary by client.

Qualifications

• AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS membership required.
• Minimum 6 months post-qualification experience.
• Experience in private Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Private Level 2 and Level 3 surveys including valuations.
• Work with independent clients for private instructions.
• Fee split up to 70% to the surveyor; benefits may apply.
