Job summary

Heim is recruiting freelance phlebotomists in Bristol, joining an existing team to deliver high-quality care to clients and report to the Clinical Operations Team. The role requires you to travel to patients in the community and work 8+ hours per week from Monday to Friday between 7am-12pm.

Applicants should have at least 12 months phlebotomy experience, a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle, and fluent English. Heim offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months phlebotomy experience.
• DBS Disclosure (enhanced).
• Personal professional indemnity insurance (evidence required).
• Two referees, at least one from recent employment.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domiciliary blood tests and booked visits with support.
• Seek advice from senior/ Heim Clinical team when needed.
• Ensure domiciliary samples are posted or delivered to the hub in time.
• Document blood test results in the patient's medical record.
• Report risks to the Heim Clinical team and seek guidance on issues.
• Work as an integral part of the phlebotomy team.
