Codi Group Ltd Relief (Care) is seeking a Food Service Assistant to join the on-site catering team at Maesyfynnon Extra Care scheme. In this relief role you will prepare and serve meals, set and clear tables, and keep the kitchen clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards.

You’ll need strong communication, awareness of dietary needs, and a hands-on, team‑oriented approach. A positive, inclusive attitude toward colleagues and tenants is essential.

Qualifications

• Greeting tenants warmly and explaining menu options clearly.
• Basic understanding of dietary and nutritional needs; follow guidelines for vegetarian or allergen-friendly meals.
• Hands-on approach to kitchen and dining duties; setting tables, washing dishes, keeping areas spotless.
