Job summary

Codi Group is seeking a Relief (Care) worker for our Extra Care scheme in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The role focuses on keeping residents’ environment safe, clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and a supportive, customer-focused approach.

You will work flexibly to support over-50s with care needs, contributing to a home-like atmosphere and high-quality service. Training is provided, with Blue Light Card eligibility for discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with tenants and colleagues.
• Team-oriented and inclusive attitude.
• Attention to detail for cleaning tasks and COSHH policy.
• Organisational skills to keep spaces clean and well-maintained.
• Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all rooms and shared spaces across the building.
• Create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for tenants.
• Store and use cleaning materials in line with the Home's COSHH policy.
