The IT/OT Internal Communications Manager at SSE will lead planning, delivery and evaluation of internal comms for the IT/OT function, translating complex tech topics into engaging content for colleagues across digital, AI, cyber security and transformation projects.

You will develop campaigns and leadership messages, manage channels both digital and face-to-face, and build trusted relationships with leaders and project teams to inform and influence change across SSE.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT, technology or digital communications and change communications.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration with leaders and project teams.
• Good planning and organisational skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Curious, inclusive and adaptable approach, using feedback to improve communications.

Responsabilités

• Create clear, engaging communications about tech topics (AI, cyber, data, transformation).
• Plan and deliver campaigns, leadership messages and events across digital and face-to-face channels.
• Translate complex information into accessible content for diverse audiences.
