NHS Golden Jubilee invites applications for a Financial Accounts Assistant to join our Financial Accounting team. The role supports accounts payable, receivable and treasury activities to ensure timely processing and accuracy of financial records.

Qualifications

• Excellent Excel and IT skills are essential.
• Experience with all Microsoft Packages (Office, Outlook, etc.).
• Good communication skills and experience in a finance environment are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the Financial Accountant, Ledger Supervisor and Financial Accounting Officers in Accounts Payable, Receivable and Treasury objectives.
• Process Accounts Payable and Receivable invoices accurately and timously as directed.
• Input and process financial information, completing routine transactions per procedures.
• Support completion of various projects within Finance.
