Job summary

NHS Golden Jubilee in Clydebank invites applications for a Financial Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. The role supports the Financial Accountant, Ledger Supervisor and Financial Accounting Officers in delivering Accounts Payable, Receivable and Treasury objectives.

You will process invoices, inputs financial data, and help with various projects, using strong Excel and MS Office skills. Experience in finance is helpful but not essential, and NHS Golden Jubilee supports flexible

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance environment preferred but not essential.
• Strong Excel and IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Accountant, Ledger Supervisor, and Financial Accounting Officers inAccounts Payable, Receivable and Treasury objectives.
• Process Accounts Payable and Receivable invoices accurately and timely.
• Input and process financial information, completing routine transactions per procedures.
• Support completion of various projects as directed.
