Job summary

School House Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support Nursery and Reception pupils, helping them learn through play and conversation. A Level 3 TA qualification and EYFS familiarity are required, with Paediatric First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Full and Relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Knowledge of the EYFS Framework and its seven areas of learning.
• Paediatric First Aid qualification is preferred.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, full or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Encourage Nursery and Reception pupils to explore learning through play.
• Support listening, speaking and understanding skills through daily conversations, stories and songs.
• Assist with role-play and development of gross and fine motor skills.
