Job summary

Bright Horizons Crawley Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a flexible practitioner to join our Bright Flex/Bank team. You will support the delivery of the EYFS, engaging children in educational activities and helping with daily tasks such as room preparation and tidying.

We require a Full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, experience with children, and safeguarding knowledge. This role offers a starting rate of £12.99 per hour, with benefits including childcare discounts, enhanced parental

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse or similar)
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Flexibility and adaptability in a bank/agency environment

Responsibilities

• Support EYFS delivery through engaging children in educational activities
