Job summary

Bright Horizons Bishops Stortford Day Nursery & Preschool is seeking a flexible Bright Flex/Bank practitioner to support EYFS delivery and learn through play.

You will join a supportive team, helping with room preparation and daily tasks while delivering engaging, development-focused activities for children aged 0-5. Salary from £13.50 per hour, with benefits including childcare discount and enhanced parental leave.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging development towards key milestones.
• Work as part of a larger team to complete essential day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
