Job summary

Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a flexible practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team. You will help deliver the EYFS through engaging activities and support the team with daily tasks in Fleet.

The role requires a Full/Relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification, experience with children, and a passion for making learning enjoyable while safeguarding learners. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children in nursery settings.
• Strong communication with children and adults, both verbal and non‑verbal.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the EYFS through engaging, age‑appropriate activities.
• Work as part of a team to complete day‑to‑day tasks (tidying, preparation).
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for children and families.
